Please read the following information to help us provide the most efficient, hassle free service to our customers.

What items are NOT ALLOWED in a Trash Monkey Dumpster?
By local and federal laws we are unable to accept any liquids, toxic or hazardous waste (paint, herbicides, pesticides, oils, fuels) tires, concrete, any appliances containing Freon, computer monitors. TVs.

How far can I fill the dumpster?
Please do not fill the dumpster over the sides. All items must fit inside the dumpster. Each load must be tarped. We cannot pickup any overloaded dumpsters. All customers will be responsible for removing any excess and will be charged a $75.00 return trip fee.

What is the weight limit?
Our 15yrd dumpster have a 2-Ton weight limit. Any additional 1/2 ton will be charged $40. with a total maximum weight of any 15yrd dumpster of 4-tons.

How long can I keep the dumpster?
Our standard rental period is 5-days. You may extend the rental period for an additional $25.00 per day. Please contact Trash Monkey Dumpster Rentals if you require extended rental times. We will work with you to offer the best price in the industry.

Can I relocate the dumpster?
Once a dumpster is place IT CANNOT BE MOVED by the customer. The customer is responsible to any damage to the dumpster. Any and all repair costs to correct damage will be charged to customer.
